In this class, we focus on building muscle through progressive overload. Each class is a well-rounded, full body workout that will leave you feeling stronger! It is also a great opportunity to surround yourself with others who are motivated to reach their health and fitness goals! These workouts can be modified to meet your current fitness level; whether that is using body weight while improving your form or pushing yourself with heavier weights, we are here to help you feel confident with the exercises as you work toward your goals!
