In this class, we focus on building muscle using free weights and body weight. The Monday class is a lower body workout, Wednesday is all about upper body and Friday is a full body circuit (member favorite)! This class is a great opportunity to surround yourself with others who are motivated to reach their goals! The workouts can be modified to meet your current fitness level!
