This class is for anyone age 65 and older who is looking to build muscle and improve cardiovascular health. Each 45 minute class includes muscle-conditioning blocks and activity-specific intervals to improve cardiovascular health and functional skills. Heather & Burt provide instruction for all exercises and modifications as needed. New to strength training? No problem. We meet you at your current fitness level!
